All attendees must be registered and obtain a badge before being allowed entry to the show floor. Exhibitors can purchase additional badges through the online registration portal. Guest passes must be approved prior to the event and will only be valid for a limited time. Note: No strollers or children under the age of 18, including infants, are allowed at any time. You can register your booth staff and reserve hotel rooms via the online exhibitor portal. Detailed instructions will be provided in your exhibitor kit.

There is no fee for qualified jewellery retailers from India. All buyers must submit credentials for approval. Non-jewellery retailers may attend by invitation only, subject to written approval from the COUTURE INDIA Management Team.

To qualify as a buyer, you must represent an active retail business specializing in finished fine jewellery. Manufacturers, designers, wholesalers, or loose gemstone dealers not exhibiting at the show do not qualify.

In addition to couture and bridal collections, PRÊT by COUTURE INDIA – which takes place in March – presents contemporary fine jewellery perfect for everyday, occasion wear, and lifestyle luxury needs. Retailers looking for a broader range of ready-to-wear collections will find excellent options here.

No, COUTURE INDIA is a trade-only event. The general public, private consumers, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Exception: Select high-profile consumers may be invited to attend on a specific date — details will be announced closer to the event.

All guests or staff must register individually and wear an official badge to access the show floor. No children under 16, strollers, or infants are permitted.

New staff members must register separately, providing the required credentials if attending for the first time. Updating existing staff requires a fresh registration.

Yes, replacing a lost badge will incur a fee of INR 2000 (subject to change).

You must present:

 
  • Business Identification (e.g., business card, trade license, GST certificate, tax documents)

 
  • Government-issued Photo ID (e.g., passport, Aadhar, driving license)

Any attempt to transfer or misuse badges will result in:

 
  • Immediate badge confiscation

 
  • Permanent ban from future editions of COUTURE INDIA

 
  • Possible penalties for the registering company

No, photography and videography are strictly prohibited without prior permission from show management and the respective exhibitor.

COUTURE INDIA is a B2B buying event, not a consumer retail show. Orders and wholesale agreements are made directly between exhibitors and qualified retailers at their discretion.
